How to Read AuditPro Digital Logbook
The appearance of the digital logbook is associated with your assigned roles and department.
This logbook displays cycle performed before the procedure.

Example:
The probe serial no. (C3-S202) /name (Probe Tag C) underwent high-level disinfected in trophon2 device serial no. (303617-006-DR-878), cycle no. (110) and passed. Subsequently, the probe was used in the Patient procedure ID (Procedure #1B) on date/time (2023-02-05 11:16PM).
There are 2 Digital Logbook views
- Cycle before (indicating the cycle before is linked to the procedure)
- Cycle after (indicating the cycle after is linked to the procedure)
The view assigned to your department is indicated at the top of the page. This should align with your SOP.

1) Cycle before
Demonstrates that the probe was correctly reprocessed before used in the procedure.

2) Cycle After
Demonstrates that the probe was correctly reprocessed after use in procedure according to your SOP.
